...Honestly, I don't know what my expectations were when I hired White Chocolate - I was going off of reviews I read on their website, by people I didn't know, and about a one-minute clip of music. I highly recommend anyone reading these reviews to take them to heart because they are all true. White Chocolate completely got the crowd involved to the point that people were dancing off the dance floor because there was no more room on it! They even had my 92 year old grandmother out on the dance floor! Not only were they entertaining, but they were wonderful to work with.

Thank you so much for making our wedding reception such a fun and lively event! From the very start, White Chocolate did an excellent job playing songs to fit the mood of the moment and always kept the party going! The bride's dad is not a dancer and he barely left the dance floor all night because you kept playing songs he loved! And thank you for playing shag music for the groom's native South Carolinian family and friends, as well as "Sweet Home Alabama" for the bride and her family!

My family and friends STILL (over a month and a
half later!) talk about how
fantastic White Chocolate was at our wedding. Our guests were out of
their
seats, dancing, letting loose and celebrating our big day with us. I had
to sit down and catch my breath from laughing and dancing so hard when
Frank put the Pimp Hat on my new husband and then on all my guests. What
a gift, too, to see my husband's grandfather groovin' on the dance floor
all evening! We, the otherwise exhausted bride and groom, were able to
enjoy with our family and friends exactly that which we wanted our
wedding to be: one heck of a good time. Thank you, thank you, thank you,
White Chocolate. I absolutely recommend you to anyone looking to have a

White Chocolate, the Band, was a life saver for the Ashe County Children’s Trust Endowment. Three weeks prior to the annual dinner dance fund raiser for the Children Trust Fund, the scheduled band had to cancel. Needless to say, the planning committee for this major event (176 people with reservations) was in a panic as to what to do. On contacting East Coast Entertainment, there recommendation for our group was “White Chocolate”. Luckily, they were available.
Prior to the event there was careful and multiple communications to be sure that everyone understood the venue and in spite of several inches of snow and more predicted, the Children’s Trust Endowment Valentine Dinner Dance went on without a hitch. The band was excellent starting with mellow music for dinner and ending with “bring down the house” rock and roll by midnight. The dance floor was full right up until the end and would have danced all night if they could have. Much thanks and appreciation goes to Frank Adams and his cohorts of White Chocolate for a wonderful performance. It was greatly appreciated. We will definitely have them back again.

We really loved White Chocolate on Saturday night. They did a fabulous job with an uncertain party crowd – not a large number of young people there who really knew each other and would ‘carry’ the dancing – so I really admired the way the band kept the momentum going. There were several wonderful song/dance numbers that brought some of the reluctant guys (NFL players) to the dance floor in a very clever way. Frank and his group were wonderful to work with….very professional in every way and always willing to cooperate and adjust their equipment to minimize it on the stage. They cooperated with me fully on turning the sound down (Ambassador is not a big space, as you know) The ‘parade’ from the dinner tent was marred by the fact that the uncooperative groom ducked out ‘to go to the bathroom’ but the guests followed the band and it all went fine. There was another wedding in the other ballroom that started after ours did and ended long before we did. Their guests had to walk by our ballroom on their way to their rooms and we could see them peek in and see us in pretty full swing. We did end about 12:15 and not go on until 1 pm – the time was right for the family and I know the band appreciated getting on the road a little sooner.

Hey Frank! I wanted to thank you and the rest of White Chocolate for an incredible performance at my reception! I have received so many compliments about how great y'all were. You truly made the day a hit! The dance floor was packed the entire time which is exactly what I wanted to see. I loved how you got the whole crowd involved, especially the cow bell piece. That was hilarious! Thanks for allowing my father to sing the first dance song for me and my husband. That was such a nice, sentimental touch!

Frank, Just a short note to let you know what a great job you and the band did at the wedding. The band was the "hit" of the wedding and truly made the wedding a great experience for all. I had a several comments noting it was the best wedding they had ever been to and I feel the band was a big part of making this a reality. Your interaction with the crowd and flexibility in allowing people to participate was truly special. I saw some footage of Logan's brother playing the drums which will be a lifelong memory for him. He was still talking about the experience when he left the next day.
Watching my sister-in-law play the cow bells has earned her a new nickname for life and of course my singing with Jan's bra on my head will stick in my mind for some time. This sort of openness and fun doesn't happen at a lot of weddings and we all thank you for such a memorable experience. We hope to run into all of you again and would appreciate a quick email if you are ever in the area. Jan and I can't thank you and the band enough for making our daughter's wedding a truly special experience. Please pass our appreciation along to the band and hope to see everyone in the near future. FINALLY! I get to sit down and
write nothing but good things about
White Chocolate! The band was
fantastic! It's definitely was not
easy choosing a band for my
reception, but the minute I saw all the
glowing remarks from others on White
Chocolate's website, it was final.
I wanted them to play at our
wedding. I have to say I was
nervous never hearing them live
before, but they were fantastic!
They involved the crowd in every
song. My Dad, who thinks he will be
the next American Idol, got to
perform not one but two songs with
them. He was having a blast up
there! My 12 year old
brother-in-law plays the drums at
home, and the band let him rock out
with them. From what I heard
he is still talking about it with
his friends, how he got to play the
drums with a band! One of our
exchange students my parents hosted
from Africa got to dedicate a song
to us, and the band was more than
willing to let her sing it!
I was having the time of my life
the whole night. There was a moment
where I looked around and not one
person was sitting! They were all
up dancing with the band! It's been
almost a month since the wedding,
and I am still getting raves at how
much fun the wedding was. Many
people have mentioned it was the
most fun wedding they had ever been
to! I have to say a huge THANK YOU
to White Chocolate for making our
wedding day such a memorable one!
If you don't hire this band for your
big event, you have no idea how much
fun you are missing out on! They
are wonderful, a ton of fun, and
would definitely would recommend
them to anyone!

White Chocolate was absolutely wonderful!!!! They learned our first dance song, "Grow Old With You" by Adam Sandler, and performed it perfectly. They were professional and needed no direction from me. They played all the songs I wanted and my favorite part of the reception was at the end of the night when the band cut loose and everyone was dancing! We had such a great time. The next day at brunch everyone was talking about how great the band was and we totally agree! My experience with White Chocolate was extremely positive and I would love to give them a reference. The band was a huge concern for my husband and me, as we were planning our wedding from across the country (we live in AZ and were married in Hilton Head, SC in May 2005). Overall, I had so many compliments from guests on what a great choice we made and how much they enjoyed White Chocolate's performance. Before the wedding they were wonderful to work with and accommodating to all my needs. Specifically, I found them to be:
Easy to work with. Frank was so easy to work with from the beginning. He was extremely prompt responding when I had questions and very accommodating with my special song requests. He even let my best friend sing a duet with him for my first dance song, per my request. Frank also called me the day before the wedding just to check in. I thought that was a nice touch.
Enthusiastic and Energetic. Frank and his team were very energetic and really got the entire wedding moving. The song list perfectly eased everyone into a nice transition from dinner to dancing and everyone was quickly on the dance floor. I received many compliments from my guests on the band choice - from my friends and relatives.
Professional. Frank and his team had a professional look and their performance was very high quality. They also had the experience to plan for mishaps. For example, their trailer had a flat tire en-route to our wedding but they left extra time for arrival and ended up still being there in plenty of time. I thought the whole look for their system and set-up was very well done. They also knew when to say something to get the crowd going and were never cheesy.
High quality. The quality of their sound and music choices was stellar. They played a wide variety of music that ranged from John Mayer to the Beatles and every one of my guests enjoyed the selection. There was nothing too geriatric or too young. My wedding guests was split numbers wise from our friends (late 20's-low 30's) to family and friends (50's plus). Everyone from every age group loved them.
